Vegan Grilled Caesar Salad With Tofu Caesar Dressing
- 3 heads romaine lettuce, stems attached (to hold leaves together), quartered
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- Nonstick cooking spray
- ¾ cup Tofu Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup whole-wheat croutons
- ¼ cup raw walnuts, coarsely chopped
